When accuracy and expert analysis matter
Published rates, every service. Your invoice is the page count times the rate. Check your number yourself with the instant estimator before you upload.
For IME physicians
Send the raw records and a transcript of your examination dictation; we return your report built on your own template, record review complete, with the Comments and Conclusions sections left for you. $500 case minimum. How it works →
For law firms
Send the records, and the opposing expert's report if one has been served; we return a deposition guide rooted in the medical evidence: expert-report analysis against the chart, cited studies, and lines of questioning keyed to specific records. Expert-report analysis included. $1,000 case minimum. How it works →
Upload the records and, generally the same business day, we confirm your exact total by email: file count, page count, and price, with a secure pay link for card or ACH (card details never touch our systems). Every case carries a $150 minimum ($500 for IME Report Prep, $1,000 for Deposition Guides), so the smallest files are simply the minimum. Payment starts the review and sets your committed completion date; returning clients can opt in to auto-charge on the confirmed count so review begins the day records arrive. When the summary clears quality review it's released to your account immediately, already paid, with nothing owed and nothing to chase. Expert Medical-Legal Review is a separate physician-specific engagement, quoted per case from our medical-legal fee schedule. Want your number before you upload? Get an instant estimate. Your files never leave your computer.
Standard turnaround is five business days. Need it sooner? A two to four day rush adds 25% of the case total, and next-day service adds 50%. Both are confirmed at intake before you commit.
Practices, firms, and claims offices with steady volume can move to negotiated rates and consolidated monthly invoicing.
Every accessible, readable file in your confirmed case is counted and reviewed: PDFs by their page count, images as a page each, other document types by their page count once converted at intake. A flat, predictable number you can check yourself with our instant estimator. Records added later are counted and confirmed the same way and may adjust the price and completion date.
Where we sit
Three other ways to get a record reviewed, and what each trades away. Ranges reflect typical published rates and hourly billing converted to per-page equivalents; individual vendors vary.
A 1,742-page motor-vehicle case: Record Summary at 1,742 uploaded pages × $0.25 = $435.50, or Summary + Analysis at × $0.40 = $696.80, generally confirmed and invoiced the same business day you upload; payment starts the review, and the finished summary lands in your account the moment it's done. Expert Medical-Legal Review on the same case would be quoted separately from our fee schedule.
Drop your PDFs on the estimator. Total pages times rate is the whole formula.
