Every accessible, readable file in your confirmed case is counted and reviewed: PDFs by their page count, images as a page each, and other document types (Word files, multi-page TIFFs) counted at intake when we convert them. This counter totals what your browser can read, so if some rows say "counted at intake," your confirmed total at upload may be slightly higher than the number shown here.
